Is it Time for a Change?
Propane is the GREEN fuel of choice. Propane has long been recognized as an environmentally friendly energy. It is clean burning, non-toxic, and does not leave residuals. Per pound of fuel consumed, propane emits less than half as much carbon dioxide as coal and almost no sulfur dioxide. Therefore, the use of propane over coal generated electricity contributes to the lowering of Greenhouse Gasses (GHG). Propane’s value is in its energy efficiency.
TURN UP THE HEAT WITH FAIR-PRICED PROPANE
Propane is a safe, clean, economical and exceptional energy source. It generates 68 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions than electricity and saves you up to 50 percent in home and water heating. Propane is perfect for cooking, fireplaces, outdoor living applications, pool heaters, autogas for vehicle fleets and forklifts, emergency power generation, lawnmowers, and other business applications.

BUDGET PLAN
Instead of paying for your propane as it’s delivered, spread your payments throughout the year. We estimate your annual propane cost based on your home’s previous usage and divide that into 12 equal payments. Best of all, Wade Sales and Service’ budget plan is a FREE service. There are no fees – no service charges.
PRE-BUY PLAN
Take advantage of the freedom to purchase a whole heating season’s supply of propane. Your fixed price is guaranteed through March for the number of gallons you pre-buy. We will divide your total pre-buy amount into 3 equal monthly installments. Also available is our price Cap Insurance plan, ask for details.
Propane has a high energy density. Its unique, natural properties mean it works harder and more efficiently with less waste. Currently, propane works harder by burning hotter than other energy sources. Additionally, technological innovations are advancing the power and performance of this already efficient fuel.

GET CLEAN. EFFICIENT. PROPANE ENERGY.
Propane is an approved alternative fuel in both the Clean Air Act of 1990 and the National Energy Policy Act of 1992. It is nontoxic and insoluble in water. Because it is used as a gas, it does not spill, pool or leave a residue. It’s a safe fuel to store underground, as it will not contaminate groundwater, even in the unlikely event of a leak. And its carbon footprint, a measure of its impact on the environment, is much less than other fuels. A gallon of propane burned produces about half the carbon dioxide (CO2) as a gallon of fuel oil. Compared per Btu of fuel, propane releases less CO2 than ethanol, gasoline, bio-diesel, kerosene, or coal. In traditional tank water heating, electric heaters produce 150 times the greenhouse gas emissions of a propane heater. A tankless propane water heater can even further reduce emissions.

Propane provides energy for many types of applications including home heating, water heating, pool heating, cooking, clothes drying, power generation, gas lighting, gas fireplaces, barbecuing, and insect control. We understand that when it comes to home energy home builders have many choices and the decision generally comes down to value, convenience, safety, environmental concerns and reliability of supply. Propane is often viewed favorably against competing energies in both value, performance and environmental friendliness.
